  • Please register first before you shopping online with Dewanie. Details about yourself provided during registration must be true and accurate.
  • Update us for any changes in information needed during registration immediately to avoid misunderstanding. Use password that is unique and secretive to avoid account hacking or misuse of your account.


You must provide your personal details - real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information including valid payment details. This website is available only to whom fulfill terms of eligibility.


  • Orders will not be reserved and may be purchased by other customers until payment is made and accepted. All items are ready stock.
  • All orders will be processed once we receive payment.


Prices shown on the Site are Ringgit Malaysia. Customers outside Malaysia may have to pay
import duty and tax depending on residing country. This cost is to be paid by buyer.


After order has been made using shopping cart system, an acknowledgement email of your order details will be sent. This is not a confirmation that you will receive selected item but to inform u that we have received your order. Order will be processed after payment is received and Dewanie will email you the status of the items until it has been delivered via Poslaju.


Payment can be made via online banking or cash deposit machine to our account. Payment must be cc to our email if made via online banking.


Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch dewaniescarf.com is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.


  • The delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • If you are returning a product, please first contact us at 03-89220289 or e-mail at dewaniescarf@gmail.com and ensure that:
    • Items are in their original packaging as how it has been delivered
    • The product tag is still intact
    • They are unwashed and unworn
    • This return form is filled up and attached to the parcel
  • If breaches on any of the conditions above occur, we hold the rights to refuse a refund.
  • At all returning situation, customers have to bear the cost of returning the items (postage fee) unless due to:
    • Defective item
    • Mistake caused by our side

All products can only be returned once
